Once again, he's overly aggressive and wants to keep the distance tight. Johnny Cage has lost his shirt and, in the AI's hands, most of his skills. You again won't need Cyrax's bombs, so instead just use his simple standing combos with an occasional throw or Reverse Kick to keep Baraka off balance. However, Baraka will mix things up a bit and look for jump-in opportunities.
Baraka isn't much tougher than Sheeva: he's overly aggressive and will keep the distance close, which plays into Cyrax's strength.
